Description

Police on Wednesday publicly identified two pedestrians who were killed in separate crashes this month. Both were in their 60s.

James J. Hatton, 65, died on Dec. 5 after two drivers hit him around 7:15 p.m. on North Columbia Boulevard near Hurst Way, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement.
