Description
Police made an arrest Friday in the shooting death of a 34-year-old man in Portland’s Portsmouth neighborhood.
The Portland Police Bureau said officers arrested Pharoah A. Hart-Williams, 20, on allegations of second degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon. Hart-Williams, of Portland, was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center.
