Description

Amanda Garcia-Snell, who earned an annual salary of $182,520, is the sixth ousted agency director to leave Portland city government with a hefty severance payout in the last year.

Another top Portland official has received a hefty payout to resign for undisclosed reasons, becoming the latest beneficiary of the city’s sweetheart severance policy.
