Description

Families gather at an event at Harriet Tubman Middle School in 2025. Parents from Harriet Tubman and Ockley Green middle schools, along with Vernon K-8 and Faubion PK-8 are invited to attend a series of forums in the coming weeks to provide feedback on plans to sunset the dual attendance zones for high schools in North and Northeast Portland.

Portland Public Schools parents from North and Northeast Portland on Monday pushed for specifics about the academic and enrichment programming that will be available to their children as the district prepares to rewrite attendance zones to boost enrollment at Jefferson High School.
