Portland Mayor Keith Wilson joined other big-city mayors to urge Democratic leaders in Congress to stand firm in their demands that ICE agents be reined in as a condition of any funding for the Department of Homeland Security.

Portland Mayor Keith Wilson joined mayors of seven other major U.S. cities including Minneapolis to demand that Congress rein in federal immigration agencies that they say have sowed terror in immigrant communities across the country.
