Description

A Portland man is facing almost 11 years behind bars after a Washington County jury found him guilty of plowing into a cyclist while driving drunk in 2023 and then fleeing the scene.

Edward Patrick Gorman, 58, was sentenced to 130 months in prison on Friday after his convictions for second-degree assault, failure to perform the duties of a driver to seriously injured persons, DUII and reckless driving, court records show.
