Description
A Portland man has been accused of bias crimes after he allegedly attacked a woman in Southeast Portland last Friday because of her Christian faith — and then blamed her injuries on her “burning from the inside” with evil.
Mahamat Noh, 32, was arrested and faces charges of first- and second-degree bias crime, menacing and harassment. He denies he attacked the woman.
