Description

John Paul Cupp, 45, also posted about the federal government’s plan to deploy National Guard troops to Portland, advocating for using “lone wolves” to  kill, or “pop,” federal officials  and “give them body bags,” an affidavit said.

A Portland man is accused of making threats to federal officers online and outside Portland’s U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building, where he’s maintained a regular presence.
