Police have released the name of the man who allegedly hit two pedestrians in Portland’s Old Town neighborhood while driving a stolen car on Sunday.
Amin Noor Mohamed, 28, of Portland, faces charges that include second-degree assault, third-degree assault, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, DUII, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and attempt to elude, court records show.
