The Whole Shebang from Matt's BBQ in North Portland, including jalapeño cheddar sausage, brisket, pulled pork and ribs.

Bradley Robinson, the Austin-based pitmaster behind the popular Chuds BBQ YouTube channel, managed to sum up the Portland barbecue scene fairly well after a whirlwind trip in July 2024.
