Description

Meteorologists with the National Weather Service say the region saw the coldest temperatures of the season with the mercury dipping into the teens in outlying areas, including Estacada and Colton.

Alan Rousseau pointed to the sunlight glinting off brick buildings along the downtown Park Blocks early Saturday as he prepared the day ahead at the Portland Farmers Market.
