Joni Lynn Clayton, 61, works as a counselor at the Happy Valley Elementary School, and now faces charges of criminal driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, criminal mischief and driving under the influence of intoxicants (File photo).

The Portland woman who officials say had a blood-alcohol content of .556% after she allegedly crashed into an apartment complex last month works as an elementary school counselor, The Oregonian/OregonLive has learned.
