Description

Portland Community College is warning students about a man who has repeatedly followed several women near its Southeast Portland campus, made unsolicited sexual comments and touched at least one person inappropriately.

Campus officials have alerted students about four incidents involving the man since late January all near the bus stop at 82nd Avenue and Division Street.
