An officer from the Coquille Police Department responded along with Coos County Sheriff’s deputies. During an investigation, it was learned Jesse L. Munroe, 45, had fired a weapon while involved in a disturbance as a result of the crash. Once the investigation was complete, deputies arrested Jesse L. Munroe, 45, on the charges of unlawful use of a weapon x2, reckless driving, and menacing.Mr. Munroe was transported to the Coos County Jail on the above-stated charges where he was booked into the facility. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
