Police say former Little Debbie delivery driver James Powell is accused of selling snack products for cash at flea markets while submitting fraudulent invoices for deliveries that investigators say never occurred.

WASHINGTON, Pa. — A former Little Debbie delivery driver is accused of carrying out a months-long scheme in which he allegedly sold snack cakes for cash at area flea markets while submitting fraudulent invoices that made it appear the products had been delivered to retail stores, according to Pennsylvania police, Moneywise reported.
