Hundreds gather at Portland’s Terry Schrunk Plaza for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed Renee Nicole Good in Minnesota on January 7, 2026.

Portland police arrested one person Wednesday while monitoring a downtown protest against the fatal shooting of a woman in Minneapolis by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents earlier in the day.
