According to an entry on the NBPD log for Sept. 15, 11:47 p.m., California St. Boat Ramp, “officer out with subjects,” 54-year old Carol Dee Hoke arrested on Criminal Trespass II, Resisting Arrest & Offensive Littering charges, “Hoke was transported to CCJ.”
