According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 6, 7:09 a.m., 3300 block Broadway, “illegal camping.” At 1:54 p.m., Railroad Property, “illegal camping,” 45-year old Michael Gertson & 55-year old Robert Liggett both received a “Ticket.” At 2:17 p.m., Harbor Ave., North Bend Boardwalk, “Patrol Check,” 60-year old John Bennett received a “Ticket.” At 2:27 p.m., Harbor Ave., North Bend Boardwalk, “illegal camping,” 48-year old Malinda Eckley & 43-year old Andrew Wallace, both received a “Ticket.”

Warrant

According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 6, 3:47 p.m., 2400 block Maple Leaf Ave., 41-year old Korry Matthews arrested on Lane Co. SO warrant charging Elude (Felony), Elude (Misdemeanor), Reckless Driving & Reckless Endangering, “cited in lieu of custody.”

Assault

According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 6, 8:14 p.m., 2100 block Clark St., “result of fight,” 18-year old Ethan Nathaniel Rhoads charged with Strangulation & Assault IV, “arrested and transported CCJ.”
