Suspicious Conditions

According to an entry on the CQPD log for Nov. 5, 5:46 p.m., 2nd & Baxter, 43-year old Melissa Lucas charged with Burglary I & Criminal Trespass II, “Lucas lodged CCJ.”

Criminal Mischief

According to an entry on the NBPD log for Nov. 5, 5:31 a.m., 835 California Ave., NB City Hall, “result of subject throwing trash cans around,” 41-year old Jeffrey Allen Hill charged with six-counts Criminal Mischief I & three-counts Criminal Mischief II, “arrested and transported CCJ.”
