Description
Authorities say they have detained two people who they believe fled Saturday after police deployed a spike strip near Portland International Airport.
Police responded to the area of Interstate 205 south of the Glenn L. Jackson Memorial Bridge after a person was driving recklessly and attempting to elude officers, according to a Portland Police Bureau spokesperson.
