OSP report - PORTLAND, Ore. 29 Sept. 2025 – The Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Division is asking for the public’s help identifying the person or people responsible for dumping and wasting 16 salmon in Portland last month. The salmon were dumped at Cathedral Park, located at the corner of North Crawford Street and North Pittsburgh Avenue. The fish had net marks and were likely dumped in the early morning hours of August 27, 2025. Anyone with information is asked to call the Turn In Poachers (TIP) line at 800-452-7888, *OSP (*677) from a mobile phone, or email [email protected]. Please reference case number SP25-383919.
