(KTVZ) --- The Bureau of Land Management is accepting applications for special recreation permits to provide commercial river services on the Lower Crooked River and Lower Deschutes River in Oregon. The application window opened Oct. 1, 2026 and closes Oct. 30, 2026. The agency will award up to four new permits for 100
