Vancouver police officers responded around 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, to the area of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard and 54th Street after a report that a vehicle had hit a pedestrian.

A man died Saturday night after being struck by a vehicle in Vancouver, police said.
