Police say that the hit-and-run suspect has not been found.

Two cars collided in a Portland parking lot on Sunday, leading to someone climbing onto the outside of one of the cars and holding on to the roof as the driver attempted to drive away from the scene, police told The Oregonian/OregonLive.
