In a chaotic scene over a year ago, the dog, Bruno, bit a man in a crowded Metro by T-Mobile. The case is still on the docket.

A dog that a Multnomah County hearings officer ruled was used by its owner as a weapon against people in a crowded phone store last year could have its fate decided on Tuesday.
