The last day in Oregon did not disappoint. Drom and I took the Eagle Creek trail alternate into Cascade Locks. It’s less traveled compared to the Indian Springs alternate, but was much more of a gentle descent. We enjoyed a nice few miles in the forest with so many creeks and mossy trees and even a cool slug. I heard the other alternate was steep and ridden with blowdowns, so I’m glad we took this route. ...
