Description
The National Weather Service issued a cold weather advisory at 1:07 p.m. on Saturday valid from Sunday 8 p.m. until Thursday 9 a.m. for Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service describes, "Very cold temperatures as low as 10 degrees below zero expected."
