Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield announced Sunday the state is filing a federal lawsuit that seeks to block President Donald Trump’s deployment of troops to the streets of Portland.

Oregon’s Attorney General Dan Rayfield announced Sunday that the state has filed a lawsuit to block President Donald Trump from deploying the National Guard to Portland or anywhere in the state, a day after Trump authorized federal troops to protect what he dubbed “War ravaged Portland.”
