OREGON (KTVZ) -- The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (ORPD) will begin offering digital 12-month parking permits starting May 21. These new digital permits provide a modern and accessible way for visitors to park at Oregon's state parks. The digital permits are available for the same price as the previous physical parking permits. In-state residents
