Oregon’s snowpack is way above average for this time of year. According to reports, the snowpack is 162-percent of normal right now thanks to a series of Winter Storms that have raked the Cascade Mtn. Range. The early start to the ski season is a bonus to skiers, but also good news for the Summer runoff which keeps the State’s streams, rivers and reservoirs full.
