Oregon’s U.S. Rep. Andrea Salinas and a lawyer from the Portland-based nonprofit Innovation Law Lab, who represents three detainees at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in Tacoma, Washington, had their meetings with the detainees canceled Tuesday.
