The Oregon Health Authority has published a second draft of proposed rule amendments for Oregon Psilocybin Services, retaining steep increases to license, application, and permit fees. Among other things, the draft amendments also propose changes to advertising rules, facilitator training requirements, and client responsibilities. Public comment is open from September 1 through September 21, 2026.
