Portland police Chief Bob Day, Mayor Keith Wilson, Gov. Tina Kotek and other leaders gathered Thursday following a Border Patrol shooting that injured two in east Portland.

State and local leaders gathered at a press conference Thursday night to strongly condemn the Border Patrol shooting in Portland that injured two people Thursday — and to urge any protesters starting to gather to remain peaceful.
