Description
On Saturday at 11:56 a.m. the National Weather Service released an air stagnation advisory valid from Sunday 5 p.m. until Thursday 9 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service adds to expect, "An extended period of stagnant air, with light winds and little vertical mixing. This is due to an inversion near the surface that will trap pollutants in the valleys."
