OREGON (KTVZ) -- Back-to-school season is here, and Oregon insurance officials say now is a good time for families to review their coverage--especially if a student is heading to college, or a teen is getting behind the wheel. The Oregon Division of Financial Regulation says students living in a dorm may have personal belongings covered
