Michel Fournier shot his wife in the head, neck and chest, wrapped her in two tarps and dumped her body several hundred feet from their rural Clackamas County home, then killed her dogs, dropped her phone into the Columbia River and waited two days to report her missing, a prosecutor said Tuesday.
