At 1:28 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued a freeze watch valid for Tuesday between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley.
The weather service states to anticipate, "Sub-freezing temperatures will occur in most of the Snake River Valley. Temperatures in Boise and along the foothills will stay above 35F with warm southeast winds on Monday night."
