Description

A West Linn landowner seeks to build 320 apartments in ten buildings on property he owns along Tannler Drive and Blankenship Road. A new law limits public input on the proposed development.

An Oregon law that went into effect this month and limits neighbors’ right to protest new housing developments at public hearings violates the state constitution, according to a lawyer for neighbors opposing a Portland-area apartment project.
