Investigators with the Oregon Government Ethics Commission say Oregon Housing Stability Council member Maggie Harris failed to declare conflicts of interest when she voted to fund housing projects her employer, Holst Architecture, stood to benefit from.

Oregon ethics officials will recommend Friday a housing council member receive a written warning after they found she violated a state conflict of interest law.
