OREGON (KTVZ) --  Oregon drivers are getting some relief at the pump this week. According to GasBuddy, the average price of gasoline in Oregon dropped 15.5 cents over the past week, bringing the statewide average to $4.80 per gallon. That's more than 50 cents lower than a month ago. Gas prices still remain nearly 79
