Oregon cornerback Rodrick Pleasant competed in the 100 meters and as part of a 4x100 relay team for the first time.

Pleasant finished 17th (10.38 seconds) in the men’s 100 meters at the Desert Heat Classic in Tucson, Ariz. Saturday night. He finished eighth in a heat that had three of the top four and four of the top six finishers overall.
