The 77th Emmy Award nominees were announced Tuesday morning, and while much of the news revolves around “The Studio” tying the record previously set by “The Bear” as it racked up 23 nominations in a single year in the comedy category, “Severance” leading the drama category with 27 nominations, plus assorted snubs and surprises, once again, some Oregon-connected creators emerged with nominations.
