Steven Milner, a retired Oregon City veterinarian accused of killing his former lover’s husband, testifies in Washington County Circuit Court in Hillsboro on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025. Milner was found guilty Wednesday of killing Fandrich.

On the afternoon of Jan. 27, 2023, an Intel security camera captured Kenneth Fandrich heading home after work. He walked through a turnstile and into a large parking garage, his Honda Civic’s headlights blinking twice as he unlocked the door.
