Steven Milner, a retired Oregon City veterinarian accused of killing his former lover’s husband, testifies in Washington County Circuit Court in Hillsboro on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025. Milner claims he was defending himself from Kenneth Fandrich that day.

Steven Milner acknowledged that he planted tracking devices on the cars of his former lover and her husband, trailed the husband to work, put plastic in his gas tank so his car would break down and bought what prosecutors described as “burner” cars to stalk the husband despite a court order to stay away from him.
