An abstract painting by Oregon artist Louis Bunce, considered controversial when it was first commissioned by the Port of Portland in 1958, is back up on the walls of the Portland International Airport after a five-year absence.

A controversial painting that once stirred “violent opposition” among the public is back on the walls at the Portland International Airport.
