Reese’s packages with Halloween-shaped candy will now be labeled with a disclaimer saying, “Carving not on actual product.”

Your Reese’s packages with Halloween-shaped candy will now be labeled with a disclaimer saying, “Carving not on actual product.” A group in Florida sued the Hershey company in 2024 because the candy pumpkin on the package showed carved eyes and mouth while the candy had a smooth chocolate surface, according to an article by USA Today.
