On Monday, January 6, 2025, Sheriff John Hanlin was sworn in to his fifth term as Douglas County Sheriff by Douglas County Clerk Dan Loomis. Congratulations, Sheriff Hanlin and thank you for your 35 years of service to the residents of Douglas County.
