Description

Portland police blocked streets near the Lloyd Center in Northeast Portland late Monday as they searched for a person who opened fire on police, injuring two officers.

One Portland police officer lost a part of his ear and another’s femur was shattered when a man shot at them on Jan. 19 after they tried to arrest him for allegedly threatening someone with a knife, according to new court documents released Tuesday.
