A house in Portland that sold for $4.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in NW Portland between April 15 and April 28.

In total, 13 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $799,546. The average price per square foot was $444.
