Registered Nurses at Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center celebrate their vote to join the Oregon Nurses Association in 2023. The nurses are poised to strike if they can't reach an agreement with Legacy Health.

More than 400 nurses at Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center reached a tentative contract agreement with the health system, avoiding a potential strike, the Oregon Nurses Association announced on Saturday.
